When you cannot enter your AliExpress account, make sure the input data is correct:
- The Caps Lock is off.
- The keyboard layout is in the right language.

If you get a message from AliExpress “The account is disabled”, then it could have been blocked due to one of the following reasons:
The online store is verifying your personal information

You change the payment methods too often
One day you pay with one credit card, and the other one you use another one or even a different electronic wallet. It looks suspicious to the AliExpress administration, and you may become suspected of fraud.
You have a negative buyer rating
Negative rating and feedback may be tricky. If too many sellers are unhappy with you, the AliExpress representatives have to check you.
You make an order, but you don’t pay for it
If you regularly make orders without paying for them, you become unreliable for the AliExpres administration.
When you make an order, the product is reserved in the seller’s system, and the other users can’t buy it.
Frequent disputes
It happens pretty often – a user opens a lot of disputes, and as a result, his account gets blocked. Most “victims” claim to be innocent. They say they are reliable AliExpress users with long-term experience and a good rating. However, this is a ground for blocking.
The only advice we can give here is to open disputes with correct reasons. Don’t open disputes «in bulk». In case you actually want to cheat the seller by opening the dispute, you will be 100% blocked.
The shipping company can also be cause the unpleasant situation. Sometimes you open the dispute when you don’t receive the package from AliExpress. Meanwhile, AliExpress and the seller see that the product has been successfully delivered. It can happen due to technical reasons or a fraud of the post office staff.
You used other people’s credit cards
If you used other people’s cards or stolen credit cards, then the reason of blocking is clear. You will be definitely blacklisted. AliExpress is constantly checking its users, so if there is even a slight doubt, your account will be blocked without further explanations.
You worked with the seller outside AliExpress
The situations may vary: you agree to pay passing over AliExpress or make weird offers to the seller.
How to log into your personal account
Now when you know the reasons for blocking, let’s consider the tips that might be useful to resolve the issue.
To find out the reason of blocking, try to contact AliExpress customer support service. Usually, they send you a standard answer but sometimes may give an explanation. To contact the support service, click the link to the left at the bottom of the website.
If you are a trustworthy customer, you will see the account recovery button when you try to log in next time. You may need a scanned copy of your ID.
There is another way: try logging in via www.alibaba.com. If you managed to log in, you will stay in the system even if you switch to AliExpress.
Sometimes there are browser technical issues that prevent you from logging in to AliExpress. Try using another browser.
Try logging in to your personal account in AliExpress mobile app. By the way, the products are cheaper in the app and you can also get cash back on AliExpress from your smartphone.
If you are sure that you were suspected in fraud, open a new account with new information (however, your IP-address may reveal you).

Case 2. Technical problems. Try using another device/browser. Check your email notifications.
Case 3. You became a victim of phishing and the website you bought from was a fake one. Contact your bank to try to make a refund.

I only use the PC, and I have tried again many many times! But I might have found the solution, I found suggested elsewhere, using Firefox instead of Chrome. No idea why this should work, but it’s not the first time it’s made a difference, I could never log on to my RAC account with Chrome, only Firefox. So now I can at least see my account.
