Checking the Return Policy
When placing an order, always check the seller’s return policy. While Allegro sets general rules, each seller may have their own conditions.
You can find return information on the product page. Check the return period. Typically, you can return a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, but some sellers may offer a longer period.

Contacting the Seller
Send a message to the seller via Allegro’s messaging system. Explain why you want to return the item. A polite and clear explanation will help resolve the issue faster. Provide the seller with photos of the order if the item is damaged or does not match the description. Ask any necessary questions to avoid misunderstandings later. If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller, you can open a dispute on Allegro.
Sending the Item Back
Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transportation. Use the original packaging, if possible. Include the required documents: a copy of the receipt, a return form (if required by the seller), and any other proof of purchase.
Returns can be sent back to the seller via Poczta Polska (Polish postal service) or courier services. Small parcels can be returned via parcel lockers (Paczkomaty).
After sending the package:
- Provide the tracking number to the seller so they can monitor its progress.
- Wait for the seller to receive and confirm the return.
- Receive your refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of the seller receiving the package. If you don’t receive your money after this period, contact the seller and ask about the reason for the delay.
If the seller does not respond or refuses to issue a refund, contact Allegro’s customer support to resolve the issue.
