SHEIN Return Policy - Top Guide

Most purchases ordered from Shein can be returned for a refund. You can do this within 35 days of receiving your order.

Returns are not issued for all items. Non-returnable items include:

underwear and bodywear;
pet supplies;
accessories;
jewelry;
makeup.
You also can’t return items that were purchased on pre-order, or there is a note on the product page that it is a non-returnable item.

The item to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused, with original tags, stickers. In case you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Shein support within 24 hours.

First, log in to your account on the online trading platform. You can log in using your phone number, email address and password. If you do not remember your login details, use your Google or Facebook account.

Go to the order page, select the items you want to return and click “Return item”.
Indicate the reason for the return. You need to choose one of the following options.
For certain reasons, you will need to upload additional photos of the item. For example, you are returning a piece of clothing that is too big or too small for you. In such situations, Shein will ask for supporting photos. If the corresponding window does not appear, you do not need to upload photos.
Make sure you have selected the item you wish to return and confirm the action. A return form will then appear.
Choose a refund method. Money will be returned to Shein wallet within 24 hours. The funds will be transferred to your bank card within 1-5 banking days.
Select the method of return – via the post office or UPS Store. The order you are returning will be labeled with a barcode that you must print and attach to the package.
You can track the return of your parcel in your account.
