  1. anyone else bought an item that stated FREE RETURN, only to find out there is no longer a free return label. You are given the seller’s address and need to send the item back yourself? It used to be there 4 months ago, and now its no longer.

  4. Don’t buy on AliExpress. A lots of products are unsafe and without manufacturer information (no label, no technical information, no manual etc.). Putting these kind of products on the market is illegal in China.

  5. I’ve exploited their full refund without having to return the goods so much on counterfeit items that they have terminated my account. What a bunch of copiers. Glad the boss Jack Ma did time in the CCP black site. That’s all he deserves. CCP is great, I know, I lived happily in China for 10 years as an expat. Be determined is your best rule in here. Never give up guys

  6. Trade assurance is bias to seller in my case
    I purchased a mini excavator with specific attachments for the project I was going to tackle ….. when the shipment arrived I unpacked it and found two attachments missing:(
    Security camera recorded me opening the crate and removing the contents to the side and they didn’t believe me .
    The seller had a photo of the attachments on the floor (not in my crate) and the parts I did receive didn’t match the ones from his photo … and I still lost 🙁
    My loss was estimated to be around 1500$USD 🙁

Even though it had warranty and was an trade assurance item, I have been getting the run around because they say that since I signed to receive it from the delivery company that I accepted the condition of the contents inside of the crate. Been going on 2 months and they stand behind the seller saying that I should have asked to open the crate, examined it, then sign for it if I wanted to accept it or not. Even when I showed them the information saying that we aren’t allowed to open items without signing for them, they let it be known that they didn’t care and backed the seller for denying it because of it.

  8. This has been my current experience as a buyer in 2021. A Aliexpress seller gave me a fake tracking number. I contacted Seller for a refund for item not received. The Aliexpress seller told me to open dispute and lie saying “I received the parcel and I no longer wanted it” Seller replies asking me for my pay pal account information so they can give me refund, but “only if I close the dispute” and “agree to pay a 4% paypal charge” My reply to seller is “I don’t use pay pal” Seller then replied asking me to “cancel refund dispute” and give them my credit card information for a refund. I chat to Aliexpress EVA chatbot and customer support. They tell me the seller doesn’t have the funds to be giving the refund only Aliexpress can give the refund after I win the dispute. I asked if I can report seller for trying to scam me out off a refund. The answer was no. I just have to wait 5 days for Aliexpress to step in and solve the dispute. I have given evidence the tracking number is not working. So I hope they will refund me. This experience has been disappointing because I have bought from this seller store before and have given them 5 star review. I’m a loyal customer and now this seller is trying to scam me. I have researched the aliexpress refund paypal scam and I have learned what happens after the seller refunds to buyers paypal account, the seller then opens a paypal dispute against the buyer to win the money back. I want buyers to be aware of this scam and to tell them to never close a dispute. And Don’t wait to open a dispute either. Give tracking number evidence. Don’t get scammed. I looked at the sellers 1 star reviews and the buyers share in their feed back they have been scammed. Aliexpress has allowed this seller and (also other sellers I have previously bought from) to get away with this scam over for 6 months. So my conclusion is the Aliexpress sellers build trust with their buyer’s and then they try to use this fake tracking number and paypal scam on them. Good luck

  10. Hi, I opened dispute as I received a package with a little plastic in it and not those 20 pieces Xbox 360 charging cables I ordered. The AliExpress judge replied: “Please show us the shipping label under the logistics waybill and expose another logistics waybill under it on the package, which includes the tracking number and package weight.” I don’t have any logistics waybill. I already uploaded photos about the package and shipping label on it. I don’t understand what they want from me and I fear I will loose the dispute and my money.

    • So the dispute was escalated, wasn’t it? If not, then this is not the AliExpress manager, but the seller who wrote to you. To prove you got the wrong products, you have to attach the video of the unpacking process to the dispute.

  11. I’m a prop buyer and I’m giving up with Ali express. I have quite a big monthly budget to spend. Spent an initial $800 for props – china plates, glassware etc. 30 percent or China and glass basically packed in paper , so arrived broken.
    I’ve spent days trying to follow up and only one person has refunded.
    It’s a bad platform with no customer support. These email addresses were my last home but neither work. Maybe you should take the, down

    • All customer support on AliExpress is made through their chatbot Eva and the dispute process. You can get refunds each time you are liable for them if you follow the dispute rules.

Hello , since hiers I no longer manage to pay my orders , everything worked fine I see that you have kept an old visa card that me longer exists XXXX, my bank has changed card , I adjust my orders with the one I have, you have all the numbers and it worked fine , would you please hand over the correct numbers . so I can order again .   13. Aliexpress item was not received.

    Dispute was created but is still open. Although Aliexpress initially denied refund.

    Now 30 days after the ending buyer protection is in sight. Should I give negative feedback now, or is the time to give feedback extended to a number of days after a dispute ends?

  14. Neither emails work. Do you have another email for them? I’m try to return a doll listed as Free Return. On my dispute is says “buyer made an agreement with seller” but I didn’t. I never even opened the package. The doll was $20, shipping back to China would cost double that. Can you help?
