Step-by-Step Guide on Signing up for eBay
Go to ebay.com. You will see the registration form to be filled in with Latin characters. Don’t use the password you have already used before. The eBay system is sensitive to such things. You can also choose to sign up with your Facebook or Google account.

Let’s go next. Click your user name at the top of the website and select “Account settings”.

If you already have a PayPal account, click “Link my PayPal account”. Your eBay account will be linked to your PayPal account.
