Here are step-by-step instructions on how to open a second dispute on AliExpress.
- Open your account. In the menu on the left, select the “Orders” section.
- Go to the “Disputes” tab and check for an open dispute with the seller.
- If you have no pending disputes, go to the “Archive” tab. This is where information about all completed orders is stored.
- Select the order you want, go to the chat room and click “Create a new dispute”.
- Choose a reason, fill in the fields, attach photos and videos.
- The dispute is assigned a number and information about its processing appears.
- On average, within 5 minutes, information about the dispute appears.
