How to leave feedback on AliExpress after you confirm receiving the order
You can leave feedback only when you click the “Order received” button. AliExpress will automatically offer to leave feedback as you confirm receiving of the order. If you agree, you will get to the feedback page.
If you want to leave feedback but have no time to do it now, don’t worry. AliExpress reserves 30 days for leaving feedback. When you are ready, go to your personal account to “My Orders” section. You will see the “Leave Feedback” button next to the order.
What to Write in Your Feedback
You are supposed to rate the seller on a scale from 1 to 5, write a comment and attach some pictures.
You will have to rate the following points:
- How product matches its description,
- How good the seller’s communication skills are,
- How fast the product was sent.
In your comment you can share your experience of making the order from this seller, about any issues that might have occurred, about the product itself, about the delivery terms and so on. The limit is 1,000 characters. By the way, you can stay anonymous.
Anyway, the feedback will be posted only when the seller checks it. The feedback is published when both you and the seller leave feedback or at the end of the 30 days following the feedback posting. All the feedback that you leave is stored at the “Manage Feedback” section. All your comments and their statuses are collected here.
Don’t forget that after receiving confirmation you can not only leave the feedback, but also withdraw up to 4.91% cash back from AliExpress (if you activated cash back before ordering).
Don’t ever order in Aliepress. Not real product you will received always or you will not received it. And no means to communicate with them.

I will never order from this website very bad. They sale you everything you wanna buy very cheap. And then the shipping cost is SO high so if you ask for refund. So they give you whatever you pay they won’t pay you the shipping. Cast So they make money from shipping, not from the sale of product.
Because they sell very bad products.

I will never order from this website again. They denied me my refund for an item I never received. I sent proof of my item delivered to the wrong house and address. Yet they gave a BS excuse so they just take my money. This website is full of crap! They scam customers. Learned my lesson. I would never recommend Aliexpress to anyone!
