AliExpress Changes Cashback Rules Again

Many of our users buy from AliExpress.com site, as this online platform allows to reach thousands of shops in one place and buy most incredible goods at the lowest prices. One more thing that attracts customers is the cashback AliExpress offers. In 2017 one could return 10% of the purchase cost in cashback when buying on AliExpress.

But eventually the cashback rate on AliExpress portal started to descend. After several drop downs it stopped at the point of appr.3-5% of the purchase price. 1. No more non-affiliate goods. All the products are affiliate now, and cashback rate depends on the category of goods only.
2. Mobile phones category change. The section now includes not only mobiles, but also computers and notebooks, external memory devices, as well as audio and video equipment.

• AliExpress free shipping is something you can only dream about, so remember that the shipping cost is not included in the sum liable to cashback.
• Cashback sum for 1 order cannot exceed $50.
• You can only receive cashback for goods from Chinese suppliers.
• As before, you cannot receive cashback for virtual goods, transport services, gift certificates and payments for mobile communication and extra fees. Check the cash back status before placing an order!
• You will not receive cashback for buying promo codes, through when you use them to pay for a product you get cashback for such purchases.

Follow these recommendations to successfully get Alibaba cashback:

• When buying from your mobile, add the goods to the cart after you have installed the AliExpress app, not before it.
• When buying from a computer, click Buy with cashback here and then select goods, add them to your cart and make the payment within one session.
• Use a browser that does not have other apps or extensions installed or disable them before going to AliExpress.
• Remember that TMall is not AliExpress, so buy on it separately, as it has a different cashback rate and terms.
• Use the same device for making an order. Thus if you add a product to your cart on your PC and pay for it in the AliExpresss app, you are most likely to miss cashback.
• When using a proxy, do not choose Nigerian or Chinese IP addresses.
• Do not buy from AliExpress app on Tmall, as cashback for the products bought on Tmall will not be credited.
• Empty the cart before activating cashback, as you won’t receive cashback for the goods that had been in the cart before the cashback was activated.
• Do not click any promo and/or ad links and do not install any app, extensions or programs when buying with cashback, as they can damage the cashback link.
• Do not close the page before you see a note the payment is successful.
• Activate cashback before making each new order. It will help the system to see all orders without problems.
