Cash back is when a store returns some of the money you spend on a purchase to you once payment is confirmed. You literally get your cash back. You purchase a product in an online store, and the Megabonus cash back service returns up to 40% of its price to your balance in the system.
You can activate cash back by pressing the "Get cash back" button on the store's web page. Once activation is complete you will be sent back to the website of the selected store. Choose the product you want and do not close the web page until you have paid for the order.
If you are using the Megabonus browser extension the process of obtaining cash back will be even simpler - just shop in your favorite online stores as always, and the cash back will appear in your account within 30 minutes of paying for your order.
IMPORTANT! Cash back will not be accrued if the product is already in your shopping cart when you go to the store.

Getting cash back in the mobile app is so easy! Just take these three steps:
- Install the app, sign up or log into your Megabonus account.
- In the "Stores" section, select the store in which you would like to make a purchase. Press the "Activate" button, and you will be redirected to the website of the selected store.
- Find the product you want and do not close the web page until the order has been paid.
The app will notify you that cash back has been accrued successfully. You can also view a list of orders at any time in the "Cash back" section of the Megabonus app.
IMPORTANT! Cash back will not be accrued if the item is already in your shopping cart when you go to the store.
It's easy. Just keep making purchases with Megabonus! The more purchases you make, the higher your cash back percentage will get.
Your level will increase automatically once the required amount of cash back switches to "Confirmed" status. Withdrawing available cash back does not reduce your cash back level.
It is not currently possible to pay for orders with the cash back you have accumulated on the Megabonus service.

To get cash back with Megabonus, your order must be generated after you have signed up for the service.
Cash back is not accrued for purchases made prior to registration and/or without activating cash back on the Megabonus website or in the mobile app.

Currently, the Megabonus service supports the following cashback withdrawal methods:
- WebMoney (WMZ). Suitable for users from all countries.
- Mobile phone balance. Suitable for users from the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
- Identified QIWI wallet. Suitable for a range of countries where identification is possible.
- Identified YooMoney wallet. Suitable for a range of countries where identification is possible.
- PayPal. Suitable for countries where you can accept payments. For example, this method is not supported in Ukraine and Belarus.
- Bank cards. Suitable for users from most countries in the world.
The method that is available in every country is WebMoney (WMZ). Funds are accrued in dollars without conversion.
On the territory of Ukraine, you can also request a payment to a mobile phone number.
Users from European countries can use PayPal or bank cards.
To avoid conversion and withdraw cashback to the card in dollars, the card must be issued in the United States (or another country whose currency is the dollar). If the dollar account is opened in any other country, a double conversion will occur. In this case, we recommend choosing WebMoney (WMZ) for withdrawal.
In the Russian Federation, the withdrawal of funds to MTS, Beeline, MegaFon and Tele2 numbers is supported in the normal mode. In test mode, there are periods when you can request a payment to the numbers of other operators.
There are no restrictions in Ukraine.
When withdrawing cashback to a Ukrainian mobile phone number, there is no operator restriction. Therefore, when choosing, there is only a common option "Ukrainian operators".

Fee is charged only for withdrawals to bank cards. It can be seen on the withdrawal method card.
Open the section "My wallet", select the withdrawal method, in the field that appears, enter the number of the desired account and click "Add details". Next, be sure to confirm the changes in the letter sent by email.
When requesting a cash back withdrawal, Megabonus security specialists check all transactions that go through the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To withdraw cashback on the site, open the section "My wallet", select a method, specify the amount and click "Withdraw".
This happens if the minimum amount for the selected payout method has not been reached. For this, cashback for orders must receive the "Confirmed" status and the total amount must be equal to or greater than the minimum.
The minimum amount for cashback withdrawal to a mobile phone account and WebMoney, QIWI and YooMoney wallets is $1.5.
Withdrawals to PayPal are available from $5, and to bank cards – from $15.
This happens if the account is blocked. If there is a suspicion of hacking, complaints from stores about user orders, etc. To remove the restriction, please contact us in any convenient way.
Most often, the payout is processed within a few minutes and doesn’t need additional verification. However, payment to new payment details or in some other situations may require it. In this case, the payment may be sent a little later, or additional information may be requested on it. Do not worry about this: as a rule, payments are sent within 24 hours.
Most often, funds are accrued within a few minutes. The maximum terms for crediting a payment by a bank to a card are up to 7 business days, to a PayPal wallet — up to 5 business days, for other methods — up to 24 hours.

Most popular reasons:
- For all methods — incorrect details.
- For QIWI and YooMoney — unidentified wallet.
- For WebMoney — receiving funds from unauthorized users is blocked. To eliminate it, you need to change the settings in the wallet.
- For mobile phones — payment is requested for a number that does not belong to MTS, MegaFon, Beeline or Tele2. Sending payments to the numbers of other operators is possible only during the test mode.
- For PayPal wallet — no card account added, incorrect account settings.
- For bank cards — incorrect expiration date of the card, restrictions on the card.
When making transfers to a bank card, there is a possibility of a delay in replenishing the recipient's account on the bank's side, which in rare situations can exceed 6 business days.
If within 6 days the funds will not be accrued to the card account, please inform about it in your appeal to the Megabonus support service. We will definitely resolve this issue.

The conditions for the accrual of cash back can be found by selecting "More" below the store that interests you. Select the "Conditions" section in the page that opens.
For every store there is a number of restrictions on goods and services that do not participate in the cash back program.
For example, on AliExpress the following transactions do not accrue cash back: purchasing products from the "MALL" category or with delivery from Russia, gift certificates, paid delivery, other services that by nature are not products (paying mobile accounts, payment links, extra fees).
Cash back might not be accrued if:
- A product or service for which cash back is not accrued was chosen in the selected store
- The order was placed in the shopping cart before cash back was activated
- More than six hours passed since cash back was activated
- The order was placed across multiple devices, For example, if the item was added to the shopping card in a PC browser, but the order was paid on a mobile device
- While the order was being placed the user followed informational, advertising, banner, or partner links belonging to other services
- The page containing the order was closed before the order was paid
- Antivirus programs and/or programs blocking advertising links have been installed
- Extensions/mobile apps from third-party cash back services have been installed
- On a mobile device, the order was generated and paid through a store's mobile app (with the exception of AliExpress)
- An internet outage occurred which the order was being generated and paid
- Cash back is not accrued on AliExpress if you use a proxy service on which Nigerian or Chinese IP is installed
- A rooted device is used The order was generated and paid by a legal person
- If the account is blocked on the website of the store where the purchase was made, then cash back will be declined on Megabonus.
The reason cash back might systematically fail to accrue is an incorrect action algorithm or the device from which the order was placed.
It's easy! For cash back to accrue successfully, activate cash back in your Megabonus account, go to the store's website, generate your order, and don't close the store's page until the order has been paid.

Your login is the email address you used to sign up for your Megabonus account.
To change your login, do the following:
- Log into your Megabonus account
- Go to the "My settings" section of the pop-up menu in the upper right corner next to your avatar
- Enter the new email address in the "Email address" field
- Press the "Save" button
- Confirm the login change in the email sent to your current email address
To change the password to your Megabonus account:
- Go to the "My settings" section of the pop-up menu in the upper right corner next to your avatar
- Select "Change password"
- In the form that appears, enter the current and new passwords and select "Save"
- Confirm the password change in an email sent to the address set as your Megabonus login
If you cannot remember your password, use the password recovery form.
To change/add payment information for withdrawing funds from your Megabonus account:
- Log into your Megabonus account
- Go to the "My settings" section and enter the number of your mobile phone/credit or debit card/e-wallet
- Select "Save"
- Confirm the change to your payment information for withdrawing funds in the email sent to the address you use as your Megabonus login
The maximum number of characters available when entering a credit or debit card number is 18. If the number on your card is 16 digits long, just enter those 16 digits.
When entering a YooMoney e-wallet number you can enter 12-15 digits. If the number of your wallet is 12 digits long, just enter those 12 digits.
We recommend making sure that the email address has been entered correctly in your Megabonus account.
We also recommend checking your "Spam" folder and adding the following address to your address book: no-reply@megabonus.com.
If you do not have access to the email address you use to log into Megabonus, additional information confirming that the account belongs to you may be required to change your login. Contact Customer Support and provide them with an email address to which you do have access.

The point of the system is to attract new users to the Megabonus cash back system. We offer you 50% of the total cash back earned by the users you have invited for six months, and this does not in any way affect the amount of cash back obtained by those users.
In order to participate in the Invite a Friend program you must be a registered user in the Megabonus system. In the "Income from friends" section of your account you can find a link for inviting other users in the pop-up menu in the upper right corner: "https://tds.megabonus.com/invite_a_friend_en?u=user_id", where "user_id" is the ID for your account.
We do not limit users when selecting friends to refer to Megabonus.
However, according to Megabonus's rules, signing up using one's own link in order to get additional income is prohibited.
Users in the Invite a Friend program who use the same device are identified as the same person.
You can therefore refer a family member to the service as long as you are both planning to use different devices to receive cash back.
One potential reason no referral link is available could be that AdBlock or another program that blocks advertising links is installed.
If you do not see the referral link, disable any programs that block advertising links.
Referred users who use your link to sign up on a mobile device will not appear in your account.
If you are confident that a user you referred signed up for Megabonus using a PC browser, please notify us of this, describing the situation and providing your friend's email address.
Bonus compensation equal to 50% of a referred friend's cash back may not be displayed if:
- The friend you referred made the purchase using a mobile device. According to the rules of the Invite a Friend program, purchases made using mobile devices do not participate in the program.
- Six months have passed since you referred the friend. According to paragraph five of the program rules, "If you refer friends, you receive financial compensation equal to 50% of the amount of cash back earned by those friends for six months from the moment they used your link to sign up."
Information about users you have referred can be viewed in the "Income from friends" section of the pop-up menu in the upper right corner of your account page.
Funds received from referred friends are displayed in the purchase list with the status "From friend."
You can send the Megabonus referral link in whichever way is most convenient for you - you can sent it in a personal email, post it on a social network, or leave it in a review about a product you purchased and for which you received cash back.
The "Create cash back link" tool allows you to create a link that you can share with friends to get cash back on their purchases.
Cash back is accrued for any product purchased within six hours of following the cash back link, even if it is not the product you recommended.
To create a cash back link, do the following:
- Go to the "income from friends" section of your Megabonus account
- Insert a link to a product from any store from the "All stores" section in the corresponding field
- Press the "Create" button
- Press the "Copy" button in the "Cash back link" field that appears
Share the link with a friend, and if they make a purchase, you will earn cash back.
Cash back accrued for friends' purchases is based on your current percentage in the Megabonus Loyalty Program.

To track a shipment, select "Track shipment" in the pop-up menu of your Megabonus account.
Enter the shipment's tracking number and select "Track."
You can also track shipments in the Megabonus browser extension. To do this, click on the Megabonus browser extension icon in your browser, then find the check button in the lower part of the extension menu.
Your tracking history is synced and saved in your Megabonus account across all devices, and you can always view up-to-date shipment status without re-entering the tracking number.
A tracking number is a unique postal ID for your shipment that can be used to track the package and find out where it is.
As a rule, all online stores provide tracking numbers for international shipments.
For example, to find the tracking number for an AliExpress shipment, go to the AliExpress homepage, click on the pop-up menu, and go to the "My orders" section. Then select the order that interests you and click on "More." On the page containing detailed information about your order you can find your tracking number under the "Tracking" column."
Yes, you can always add a name to a shipment to make it easier to track various orders.
To do this, go to the "Track shipment" section in your list of tracked tracking numbers and select the one you want, then click or tap on the "cogwheel" icon to the right of the number.
A field where you can add a shipment name will appear above the tracking number. Select the check under the field if you want to save the name or the X if you want to cancel the changes.
We suggest contacting the support service of the store where you placed the order in order to clear up any uncertainties.
If your order was placed on AliExpress, we suggest extending order protection and contacting AliExpress customer support service.
To extend order protection, log into your AliExpress account, select the order you want, then select "More." On the order page, follow the link informing you about extending order protection.

The amount of cash back is determined based on the total cost of goods or services. Cash back is not accrued for additional paid services provided by the seller (delivery, installation, configuration, etc.).
Every store on Megabonus has its own time frame for confirming cash back. To find out approximately how long it will take for cash back to be confirmed, tap or click on the name of the store and go to the "Conditions" section.
If your order from AliExpress consists of multiple items, this order will appear in your Megabonus account as multiple orders, each with its own number.
Example (arbitrary numbers):
Order #500012345678910 contains two items and will be displayed as two orders with the numbers 500012345688910 and 500012345698910.

The start of the confirmation process begins as soon as the customer receives the order. The average confirmation terms are displayed in the store's terms and conditions cards.
If the terms of confirmation for your order are exceeded, contact us and provide the order number and the order delivery date.
In average, it takes 30-45 days from the order delivery date for cash back to be confirmed. This terms are increased for the orders which were placed during the seasonal sales.
