Disadvantages:Сделал покупку в магазине МВидео, начислили бонусы. Хотел использовать бонусы через несколько месяцев, но к этому времени сменил свой номер мобильного телефона. Соответственно я не смог попасть в личный кабинет, чтобы сменить номер. Хотя личный кабинет привязан к моей почте. Вроде что тут такого, попасть в личный кабинет через почту и сменить свой номер мобильного? В итоге не получилось, нет просто такой функции. Обратился в тех поддержку МВидео, сказали предоставить фото чека ИЛИ фото заявления о смене номера. Предоставил заявление им на почту, прошел месяц, мой вопрос так и не решился. Служба поддержки никакая, по телефону вопрос не решился, никто ничего сделать не может! Вот и покупай теперь там покупки! Какая случись проблема с товаром, так же ничего и не решишь! Не рекомендую!
