Disadvantages:delivery speed, novice employees. After sales support is the worst in the world. misdirection. Don't reply to emails late

Comment:Case number: SC1046383883 Fiido L3. They previously said they would help me with my bike and gave me an address. But the man at the address does not know and does not repair the bike. It truly is the worst site in the world. They directed me there without contacting the repairman. I haven't been able to get my bike repaired for about a month. My warning to everyone, do not buy anything from this site!!
