Cashback in MOYO UA store is available for users from Ukraine (wherever delivery is available).

The store reserves the right to reject cashback if: 1. The order is made from the corporate address @moyo (belongs to an employee of MOYO.ua). 2. It is the purchase of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts and bill payment cards. 3. If the order is made by cashless payment, the cashback will be paid only if the user did not receive an individual discount from the store. 4. Payment of cashback for legal entities is made only when redeeming goods at the site price.

For orders paid in full by bonuses, cashback is NOT credited. If the order is partially paid by bonuses, cashback is credited on the purchase amount minus bonuses.

If you need to make changes to the order, you need to cancel the original order through the call-center, then re-order through the cashback service to keep the cashback. Otherwise the cashback will not be credited.

Cashback will NOT be credited for the purchase of Sony PlayStation 5 game console from 15.03.2021.
