Order amount

There has been no maximum order amount limit since July 1, 2026. The cashback amount depends on the order amount, buyer status, and the buyer's level in the Megabonus loyalty program. For orders under $5,000, cashback is up to 3.75% for new buyers and up to 1.4% for existing buyers. For orders from $5,000 to $9,999.99, a fixed cashback amount is awarded: up to $140.70 for a new buyer and up to $46.90 for an existing buyer. For orders of $10,000 or more, cashback is up to $187.60 for a new buyer and up to $93.80 for an existing buyer. The same conditions apply to all countries where cashback is available.

Extra bonus of up to $9.38 for new buyers

A new buyer from a Core Country (see below) will receive an extra bonus of up to $9.38 for their first paid order of $500 or more. The bonus is added on top of the regular cashback for the order and is confirmed together with it.

Partial payment and prepayment

Cashback is NOT awarded for partially paid or prepaid orders.

Cashback rejection

Cashback for an order may be rejected by Alibaba's anti-spam team. Rejection may occur for invalid orders or when violations are detected by Alibaba's analytical algorithms. In such cases, it is not possible to determine the exact reason or appeal the decision. Invalid orders and orders with detected violations include, but are not limited to: 1) actions generated by various devices, programs, or robots; 2) orders identified by Alibaba's analytical algorithms as invalid or non-compliant.

New buyer status is determined by Alibaba.com based on the buyer's purchase history.

"Ready to Ship" category

Cashback is awarded only for products from the "Ready to Ship" category.

Category exclusions

Cashback is NOT awarded for the following product categories: "Masks & Respirators", "Medical Consumables", virtual products (gift cards, coupons, and any other forms of stored value), prohibited items, and e-cigarettes and related accessories in the US.

New customer

A new customer is a user who has not completed a payment on Alibaba.com within the past 365 days, or a user who places and fully pays for their first order on Alibaba.com.

"Ready to Ship" category

Cashback is credited only for products from the "Ready to Ship" category.

Orders via “Contact Supplier”
